This event aims to provide a platform for accredited Peppol Service Providers (SP) and Peppol-Ready Solution Providers (PRSP) to offer businesses a comprehensive opportunity to explore e-invoicing solutions. The event facilitates direct engagement between businesses and SPs, fostering one-to-one discussions to address specific business needs, and increasing media exposure and public understanding of e-Invoicing’s significance.

1. Booth Allocation: The exhibition area will accommodate approximately 20 booths for exhibitors to showcase their solutions, aiding businesses in understanding their needs and promoting collaboration. Each exhibitor will be provided with a 3m x 3m Shell Scheme Booth. Please bring any promotional materials you deem necessary for the event.
2. Wide Outreach: MDEC will extend event invitations to businesses and the public via our social media channels and newsletters.
3. Networking Area: A lounge-style networking area will facilitate discussions between SPs, PRSPs, and businesses.
4. Satellite Events: As an exhibitor, you are encouraged to organize satellite events, leveraging the Open Day for the whole week from 15 to 19 Jul.
5. Briefing: A briefing will be conducted on 9 July 2024 (Tuesday), 10:00 am (MYT) for more detailed instructions on your preparation as an exhibitor.
