BigLedger Sdn Bhd (BigLedger) has been recognized by Business Circle KL for achieving full accreditation as a Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line (PEPPOL) Service Provider by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).
The prestigious certificate was awarded to BigLedger CEO Vincent Lee Hong Fay by Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo during the National E-Invoicing Open Day in Kuala Lumpur. The event was also attended by LHDNM Deputy CEO (Tax Operations) Shaharrudy bin Othman and MDEC CEO Mahadhir Aziz.
As a PEPPOL Authority, MDEC accredits Malaysia’s PEPPOL service providers and ensures compliance with local technical standards. PEPPOL is a global framework that standardizes electronic procurement processes and facilitates seamless cross-border transactions.
This significant accreditation allows BigLedger to enable Malaysian businesses to connect with the PEPPOL network, ensuring their e-invoicing systems meet international standards. This achievement underscores BigLedger‘s pivotal role in Malaysia’s digital transformation.
“This PEPPOL accreditation reflects BigLedger‘s dedication to enhancing operational efficiency and compliance through innovative technology solutions,” stated Vincent Lee. He emphasized the importance of this accreditation in light of Malaysia’s national e-invoicing initiative, MyInvois, which mandates electronic invoicing to boost tax efficiency and digital economy growth.
BigLedger offers a suite of solutions designed to streamline e-invoice operations, including:
